The men and women in the staff, with all their diverse backgrounds, are the core of the company. A large part hails from the vicinity of the park in question, of course. As a result of advertising jobs countrywide, however, each of the population groups is clearly represented. Women from Warmbad, Oshakati and Usakos discuss matters related to bringing up children, while just a little further on a group of Ovambo men tries to impress their Nama colleagues with a game of billiards.

The natural friendliness of the staff is greatly appreciated by our guests, too. Because nothing beats the welcome expressed with the broad, honest smile of true African hospitality.
